Thursday, September 17th,
We left Halifax after visiting the Fairview Cemetery that has a section dedicated to the victims of the Titanic.
It was very moving to see the plain markers, many with no names just a number.
Others with names added by family after identification had been made.
Looking down the row, there was noticeably one marker where the grass was worn away in front ~ it was the marker of the only small child that was found ~ a two year old boy.
After seeing the museum yesterday we were glad we stopped at the cemetery.
